SENSORY ROOM: A STADE DE FRANCE FIRST FOR MORE INCLUSIVE RUGBY
Groupe APICIL and the French Rugby Federation (FFR) teamed up for a pioneering initiative that saw a sensory room set up for the first time at the Stade de France, for the 6 Nations match between France and Scotland, an initiative that we are proud to have supported.
Specially designed for people with autism and sensory difficulties, the sensory room offers a calming environment in which supporters can enjoy the excitement of rugby to the full. This positive step was made possible thanks to the support of the charity Autistes sans Frontières and Groupe APICIL’s strong commitment to inclusion.
We believe in the power of sport to bring people from all backgrounds together. Lending our expertise to projects such as this is at the heart of what we do.
