With more than 25 years’ experience in the sports industry, Ludovic Dumas has forged a reputation as a sponsorship expert and consummate deal-maker. He began his career in winter sports with the French Ski Federation before moving into the rugby world with USA Perpignan and then football with Grenoble Foot 38, where he was commercial director.

He reached a career turning point in 2010, joining Paris Saint-Germain as sponsorship director at the dawn of the Qatari era. During the course of six key years, he restructured and developed the club’s commercial revenue streams, taking inspiration from the best practices of Europe’s leading clubs.

In 2016, he continued his international journey by taking over as sponsorship director at Renault F1 Team. The experience he acquired in a booming global sport enhanced his strategic and operational expertise in the field of partnerships.

Then, in 2019, he founded XIX Sports Group, all with the aim of making his know-how available to brands and rights holders. A specialist in the creation of high-impact partnerships, Ludovic Dumas excels in the art of bringing the business and marketing interests of stakeholders together to generate lasting value.

Matthias Moulin

Associate director

Matthias Moulin boasts more than ten years’ experience in the sports industry, acquired with major players in an international setting. He started out in the partnerships department at Amaury Sport Organisation, where he played his part in developing its licensing activities at world-famous events such as the Tour de France, the Dakar Rally, and the Paris Marathon.

In 2018, he joined forces with Ludovic Dumas at Renault F1 Team to create and organize its licensing and merchandising department. As the team that later became Alpine developed, Matthias led its international sponsorship strategy, playing an active role in growing the team’s commercial ecosystem.

In 2023, he teamed up once more with Ludovic, at XIX Sports, as its development director. He became a partner in 2024, drawing on his expertise, strategic nous and analytical skills to help grow the agency.

A genuine sports and marketing enthusiast, Matthias firmly believes that brands can each find the means to express themselves through coherent, high-impact sports partnerships. He is committed to creating meaningful collaborations, aligning business challenges and brand values with leading sports platforms.
